This Luang Phor Kai statue portrays the revered Southern Thai monk seated in a composed meditative posture upon a decorative lotus-inspired pedestal. The figure displays the aged and contemplative appearance commonly associated with traditional representations of Luang Phor Kai, reflecting simplicity, discipline, and devotion.

The statue features finely sculpted facial details, deeply defined robe folds, and an ornamental base decorated with repeating lotus motifs and traditional Thai patterns. Thai inscriptions are present around the base and along the rear robe section, contributing to the character and presentation of the piece.

The bronze surface exhibits matured patina with areas of tonal variation developed over time. Traces of devotional gold leaf remain visible across the robe, shoulders, arms, and lap, reflecting periods of worship and offering. The underside contains sealed devotional inserts embedded within the base, a feature occasionally encountered in Thai monk statuary.
