Diamond Armour Yantra

Luang Phor Parn discovered the powerful Diamond Armour/Shield Yantra in B.E.2458 (A.D.1915) while making a pilgrimage to Suphanburi Province. Luang Phor Parn was meditating (samadhi) and sensed something supernatural informing him about a powerful Yantra buried in the main Chedi of Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat. Luang Phor Parn went to the Chedi and later found the old silver template engraved with Diamond Armour Yantra. The template had a message that said the person who found it would be a Great Master. It also mentions that “one who recites the Katha every day will have his body covered with the Diamond Armour, which will protect them from all dangers.” Moreover, their enemies will get hit back by their attacks because of the reflective powers of the Diamond Armour.
Devotees around the world know the legendary power of the Diamond Armour Yantra. It contains one of the most potent mantras that provides protective capabilities and pays homage to the Triple Gem of Buddhism (Buddha, Dharma & Sangha). The Mantra can be read vertically or horizontally for different purposes. If you read from top to bottom, it is the Itipiso chant for paying homage to the Triple Gem. If you read horizontally, it is the 8 Tidt (Eight Directional Mantra), and each line represents a direction. On the other hand, Diamond Armour Mantra uses every word of the Itipiso Katha and rearranges the words into 8×7 syllables.
