This crowned Buddha is presented in the Earth-Touching (Bhūmisparśa Mudra) posture, symbolising resolve and awakening. The regal headdress and layered ornamentation distinguish this representation from the monastic-robed form.
The figure is richly detailed with textured garment patterns, beaded borders, and structured chest adornments. The symmetrical facial features and elongated earlobes create a composed and balanced presence. The tiered crown rises in structured sections, complemented by shoulder elements and intricate relief work.
The bronze surface displays natural tonal variation with areas of green and brown patina. The statue rests on an openwork base featuring pierced panels with decorative motifs, creating visual depth and airflow beneath the seated figure. The underside reveals traditional casting structure.
